What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They are widely used to make sites work as intended, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the site's operators about how visitors move through pages.
Cookies do not contain your name or personal contact details by themselves. They typically hold a short identifier or preference value. Our website uses a small number of cookies for the purposes described below.
Cookie Types We Use
Essential Cookies
Always ActiveThese cookies are required for the website to operate and cannot be switched off. They include your cookie consent preference and basic session management. No personal data is shared with third parties as a result of these cookies.
Duration: Session / Up to 12 months (consent cookie)
Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the website — which pages are viewed most often, where visitors come from, and whether any pages produce errors. The data is aggregated and does not identify individuals. We may use a tool such as Google Analytics for this purpose.
Duration: Up to 24 months
Marketing Cookies
Marketing cookies may be used to understand whether advertising or promotional content has reached the right audience and to avoid showing the same message repeatedly. We use these sparingly, and only where we are satisfied the purpose is proportionate.
Duration: Up to 12 months
Preference Cookies
Preference cookies remember choices you have made — such as display or language settings — so that your experience on return visits is consistent with your previous selections.
Duration: Up to 12 months
Your Cookie Preferences
Use the toggles above to adjust which optional cookie categories you are comfortable with. Your choices are saved to your browser's local storage. You may return to this page at any time to review or change them.
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies may be set by third-party services we embed or link to. These currently include:
- Google Analytics — for aggregated usage statistics, subject to Google's own privacy terms.
- Google Maps — our location map is embedded via an iframe; Google may set cookies in connection with this.
We do not embed social media tracking pixels or advertising network scripts as standard practice. If this changes, this Policy will be updated.
Cookie Duration
Cookies fall into two broad categories by duration:
Session Cookies
Deleted automatically when you close your browser. These are used for temporary functions such as maintaining a page state during your visit.
Persistent Cookies
Remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. Used to remember preferences across visits. Our consent cookie falls into this category.
